Engineering HVAC I

Responsible for all facility air conditioning systems. Completion of two year post high school course of study in refrigeration or four years in an apprenticeship program, and five or more years of full time HVAC work experience/employment as a service or installation technician.

Assist management with supervision of the overall operation of restaurant. Responsible for the supervision and direction of the dining room service staff, as well as the coordination of service and evaluation of the restaurant during assigned shifts. Two years of related experience and training.

Responsible for properly executing security duties on assigned shift, to adequately protect the life and property of customers, employees and the company’s property.

Table Games

Table Games Dealer

Provide quality customer service and deal assigned game according to established procedures. One to three months related experience preferred. Dealer school training is provided.
